Archives~ONLINE System - Terms and Conditions

This system is provided on a charitable basis to enable research and to support the objectives of the Sir Henry Royce Memorial Foundation and the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts Club.

Can you please ensure that you have registered your interest in the Archives on the new Foundation website www.henryroyce.org.uk under Archives before accessing them with this site.  This is so Foundation can maintain records of who as accessed the Archive (Foundation member, RREC member or member of the public), there is NO CHARGE for this registration.

The search facility for the archive works using an 'SQL' search to Filter records from the 240,000 documents available.  Examples of this process are given in the Indexer's Handbook which you are strongly encouraged to read.

Note: it may not be possible to reduce your selection to just one or two results using this search so you may need to view the individual records to find what you are looking for.

If you still need access to the original records then please contact access@henryroyce.org.uk to arrange an accompanied visit to The Hunt House. There may be a charge for this to cover costs.

We desperately require more volunteers to undertake the indexing of these priceless records. If you would like to volunteer please contact us by email at access@henryroyce.org.uk.

We need further funding to continue the work on these archives.  Please consider a donation to enable us to continue to offer more of these historically important works to the public. A donation page will be found on the Foundation website www.henryroyce.org.uk .
